Disclaimer: Expressing a melee of thoughts.
This is my first blog post, sorry to mention the obvious. By now you may have correctly guessed that my interest of becoming a blogger was impulsive! But, it is better to start sooner than later, rather than just wait for the opportune moment or think of the record selling topic to get catapulted into the limelight.
Having said that I would continue to write why I thought of writing this blog. The curse of being a human being is that we are thoughtful beings. When we are involved in some constructive work. We think of positive things and when we sit idle the mind becomes a devil’s workshop. But, we never cease to stop working our mind; even when asleep, we resort to dreaming. So I decided not to waste my precious thoughts and learn to maneuver them by converting my thoughts to text.
We get influenced by things we see or hear on a day to day basis. It may be as a result of watching the news or seeing something beautiful or gross when we travel to work, college, school or visit or listening to someone beautiful person or an equally annoying person speak their mind. Hence, we feel a wide range of emotions starting from anger to happiness. In order to express ourselves, we can either talk to the wall or choose to write a piece in some news column. Or next best thing to do is write a blog to get the best of both worlds! 🙂 You must be wondering how? Well, its simple. When no one reads it, you are talking to the wall; and if you get people hooked, its a job well done like the click-bait headlines.
Is it important to express yourself? The answer is three folds. If you are trying to impress someone, then definitely yes! But, if you intend to hurt someone, then definitely, NO! The third dimension to this space is you should never hold back, when you seek to induce positivity. If creativity is important, so is being positive and spreading it. Your positive thoughts can make your bad days look ordinary and your good days look better! Not only that, being positive brings happiness to people around you and motivates them to be optimistic. And how to be positive? Again, simple! Imagine the most ideal “where everyone is a winner” situation, however impractical it may be and jot it down. This is because however unrealistic an idea may be, it is still a part of the probability! 🙂
Its time to end my soliloquy now. I am still not certain what my next blog post will contain; I think I will present a common and cliched topic in the anticipation of an alternate point of view. But, I am positive that I will come up with something! 🙂
